1. Virtual Interview
If we find your application interesting, our recruitment team will reach out to set up an appointment for a virtual interview. This 30-minute informal conversation allows us to get to know each other better and discuss the specifics of the career opportunity at hand. We will also review your career path and discuss your interest in Spiria. Generally, the person who contacts you for this interview will accompany you throughout the selection process. They are your Spiria representative!
2. Role-Specific Evaluations
Depending on the position you are applying for, you may be asked to complete one or more tests. These may be technical or psychometric, depending on the role. They help us assess your skills and get to know you better to ensure a good fit with the position and the team.
3. Team Meeting
If the first two steps are conclusive, we will invite you to a meeting with a technical expert, one or two of your future colleagues as well as your Spiria representative. In this step, we are looking to explore the potential fit, to review your technical skills and to discuss our possible future together.
4. Submission of an Offer
Our recruiting team will then contact you to deliver the news, and present you with an offer if the decision is positive and answer any questions you may have.Each offer is made using our transparent salary grid, ensuring an equitable treatment for each candidate.

It’s not always possible to answer this question in advance, however if we know, we’ll tell you. The first project you will be assigned to will depend on your expertise and the projects we are currently working on at the time of your arrival. We obviously favor projects that are closest to your technological profile.

Yes, if we have made you an offer. Our offers are always conditional on references. You will therefore have to provide us with the contact details of those who can give us more information about your background and your potential.
In most cases, the work is done at Spiria’s offices, or at your convenience through our hybrid work formula. However, it may happen that you are sent on assignment to work at a client’s premises, but this remains exceptional.
