Sales Coordinator

Montreal

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities by providing administrative and operational support. They will work closely with team members to ensure fast, accurate, and exceptional customer interactions. They will also contribute to marketing campaigns, track prospecting efforts with the sales team, prepare reports, and handle various administrative tasks related to sales. 


We are looking for someone with exemplary professional ethics and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities efficiently, and tactful in delicate situations. A well-placed sense of humor to lighten the daily routine will also be appreciated! 😉 

As a Sales Coordinator at Spiria, you will be required to:

  • In collaboration with the VP of Business Development, definepriorities and ensure follow-ups with team members. 
  • Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries. 
  • Generate sales reports and, in collaboration with the VP of Business Development, identify necessary actions. 
  • Monitor data entries in the CRM, ensure their accuracy, and verify that team members follow established processes. 
  • Maintain and update the database of potential contacts. 
  • Work with the marketing team to qualify inbound leads from various web forms. 
  • Contribute to email prospecting campaigns and redirect in coming calls to the sales team. 
  • Plan and organize business trips, conferences, and event management. 
  • Assist in coordinating sales activitiesbefore, during, and after events. 
  • Support the proof reading, reviewing, and translation of client communications and documents. 

The keys to your success :

  • Degree in a relatedfieldsuch as sales, administration, operations, communications, or marketing. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similartasks. 
  • Excellent proficiency in French and English.* 
  • Strong workethic. 
  • Provenmethodology for task follow-ups. 
  • Ability to identifypriorities and anticipatepotential obstacles. 
  • Strong problem-solvingskills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Experienceusing and managing a CRM (knowledge of HubSpot is an asset). 
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and bring a touch of humor at the right moments. 😊
