Porsche partnered with peripherals designer AOC to produce the Agon Pro PD32M, a high-end monitor especially for gamers. It has a 32-inch Mini LED 4K 144 Hz panel, is VESA DisplayHDR 1400 certified, and guaranteed to reach a minimum of 1,400 nits of brightness with HDR content. It gets 97% color coverage per DCI-P3 standards. The screen rotates to portrait mode and the headphones can rest on a side hook. The aluminum stand’s trapezoid shape is meant to subtly recall a Porsche steering wheel. The port options are all there with an HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort, USB-C, four USB-A ports (Gen 3.2) and a headset jack. And because we’re talking gaming, the inevitable RGB lightshow bounces off the wall behind the monitor. A remote is included to use the monitor as a TV screen. It’s available for pre-order now with a June delivery for 1,800 USD, which seems just about right given all the specs and what’s on the market: a comparable monitor such as the Asus ROG Swift PG32UQX (Mini LED 4K, 144 Hz, 32 inches) currently goes for 2,895 USD.
