Alienware M15 as a portable AMD

Dell has announced delivery of its 5th generation Alienware M15, a 15-inch screen gaming laptop. This new R5 version bids farewell to Intel. The company says it’s the first Alienware laptop since 2007 to feature an AMD processor. The Alienware M15 R5 is powered by AMD’s fast Ryzen 5000 H-series processors (up to the octa-core Ryzen 9 5900HX) and Nvidia’s RTX 3070 graphics chip. AMD Ryzen 5000 chips were released last November and deliver gaming performance up to 26% faster than previous versions. The Alienware M15 R5s will be available on April 20 in the US, with a starting price of US$ 1,794. If you’re looking for a more affordable gaming laptop that also has a new Ryzen 5000 H-series processor, Dell offers the recently announced G15 for US$ 899.
